She uses it mainly for calling. It has been about a month since I bought it. Unfortunately, can't be exchanged anymore through best buy. It appears like the phone doesn't make calls at times when needed. Already went to our cell phone provider, already updated the sim card. Everything seems to point to the phone being defective. Going to have to go through the manufacturer warranty. Hopefully they can do something about it.
