Love this phone. Has been a very durable phone with great sound. Takes great pictures and is easy to use.

I recently bought this for my husband who is in the Philippines and it perfectly worked for him. He loved it! Performance wise , it’s very good and very easy to use and navigate.

Been using the Samsung Galaxy A17 5G for a few days now and honestly, it’s a solid budget pick. The display is big and vibrant, battery easily lasts me a full day, and everyday apps run smoothly without lag. Not meant for heavy gaming, but for calls, social media, YouTube, and daily use — it gets the job done really well for the price. Great value if you want 5G without spending flagship money.

For its price point, definitely a five star product. Use it mostly as "just a phone" and texting so very little app opening and closing, etc. Works fine for the purpose we need. Photos are clear and also at the top of this price point. Six years of updates is what led us to purchase. Well done all in all

I’ve had this phone for a while now and it works very well for the price. I’ve never had an issue with Samsung unless the device is obsolete but that’s usually YEARS later. The battery life is great too!

I recently bought this phone for my father and he loves it. Very quick and the camera looks great! Fast charging is a life saver.

I dropped my phone in the street. It got ran over. So I picked this up as a back up. Works good for the most part and still has a sd card slot. Which newer Samsung phones don't have. All my data transferred over. It lags a little and switching apps you lose data in them. So it makes it hard to get one time passcodes, since when you switch apps it makes you start over. I guess it's because it only has 4GB of RAM. But not a bad phone. Will keep for a backup just in case

Works great and is so easy to maneuver through. It wasn't an expensive phone, but it works better than the more expensive ones I've had before. It even has the better rating for pictures, so I've had a lot of fun with that.

I had an A50, but it wouldn't work with my new carrier. I preferred the A50. A little more intuitive. This one does face recognition that I like, but when on a call the phone goes dark even when set to stay on when it sees a face and my timeout is set to 10 minutes. Very irritating when it is necessary to key information. I haven't found a way to put a name and phone number on the lock screen in case of accident or loss. Could do that on A50. In addition to using it as a phone I use it to read books, the news, read and send emails and texts.

Awesome Phone, Amazing Display, Amazing Camera, Amazing Battery Life.

Great budget-friendly upgrade. The battery life easily lasts all day, and the performance is smooth for everyday tasks. Highly recommend if you want a reliable phone without the premium price tag. Only problem is there isn't a auxiliary output.

Let me sound out the ways I'm in luv with my Samsung Galaxy A17--it's ease of operation, fantastic clarity, vivid pictures, glorious sounds/tones with musical videos. All I need/want is my phone in hand. I can't walk on water, but I'm floating on air with my Galaxy friend. Hoped it would be great, but, it's divinely superb! No complaints just JOY.

The Samsung Galaxy A17 was on sale. It was a good price for a good, solid phone. It is more than adequate for what I use it for. The only thing it lacked was a charger. It did come with a charger cord but it had the newer USB connector which did not fit on my other charger. So far the phone is working out fine. I like the Galaxy phones. I don't need an iPhone.

Great camera and photo features. Lots of processing power and storage. Drawbacks and a big one is it wont port to just any provider. Spectrum is my carrier and I cannot use this phone with it.

This is a perfect gift for my mom. She loves it. Great build and picture quality. Long battery life.

I bought this phone in-store from Best Buy as a budget replacement for my mother’s old Samsung, and overall it’s been a solid, no-fuss experience. The phone looks good in the blue color—simple and clean—but it definitely feels like a budget device when you hold it. It’s lightweight and easy to use with one hand. Performance is okay for normal use like WhatsApp, YouTube, calls, and browsing. It does slow down a bit if I open too many apps or try anything heavy, but for everyday tasks it works fine. The battery life is honestly the best part. I can easily go a full day without worrying about charging, which is a big relief. Camera is average—good in daylight, but not great indoors or at night. I mainly used it for quick pictures, and it does the job. Overall, it feels like a dependable phone if you don’t expect flagship performance. It’s not fancy, but it gets things done.
