Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am so grateful that Best Buy's Geek Squad is there to help me set up new devices as I have to replace them. I am 78 and need that help. Natalie was very kind and helpful. I have bought a new computer and phone from them and will continue to but all my electronics at Best Buy and maintain my Geek Squad membership.
