Nice phone, but when the geek squad went to do the data transfer, it wouldn't work, so they had to get another one. But after that, it was all good.

It worked perfectly and no surprises of any kind. Able to transfer from the old phone without any complications.

I am a fan of the budge A models by Samsung. However, I expected getting the latest model to reduce my lag. I don't game. I have very few apps installed. She still lags. That being said, the price was affordable (although it dropped another $20 the week after I bought it :( ) so my expectations were reasonable. It does feel sleeker, so I love that. All in all, it feels like an update... but not an upgrade. I'm not unhappy with my purchase :)

I would recommend this phone, picked one up for my son & mother in law. Big upgrade from Samsung A32 5g & A10E. (A16 & A17 share the same case)

I love the size of the screen and the camera quality is on point. the pictures are vivid and breathtaking. It was definitely an upgrade from my A05. my battery lasts a full day without recharging. My biggest challenge has always be storage running out but this phone carries a 128gb internal and the added memeory card capacity is a dream for me. The best part was the affordability. I just love my new phone.

The phone is not an extremely high-end phone, but it works for its purpose. My mom needed a new phone to be modern but basic, so I had to teach her how to use most of the features. Great phone for someone who needs an up-to-date phone but doesn't want to break the budget.

It takes time to get use to a new phone. The Geek Squad (which I love) transferred my info from the old phone to the new one. I like a lot of the new features and hope it lasts a long time.

Great phone for the price. Just wish it came with user's manual. Also, a few features that my Motorola phone had are missing on the Samsung.

So far for the price and older generation phone, it is very good. Im impressed. I transfered from Apple to Samsung and I don't think im going to go back.
