The phone cracked in less than 3 weeks and had a black screen. Might have gotten cracked when the associate put on the screen protector but worked a few days. I also bout the 49 dollar protection plan and found out that I would have to pay 99 dollars for a replacement, I paid the replacement fee and 4 days latter the tracking information still has not been sent. I just pspent 4 hours on the phone to find out where the new phone was to get it resolved. I could have bought a new phone on E bay for the 99 dollars and had it in a day or two. Learn from my mistake and don't buy from Best buy and if you do know that the warranty is a scam
