    Not a bad phone as long as you're not trying to do much on it. It's got a lot of lagging and is pretty slow for the price.

    Price was good, condition was good the phone itself was slow but its a lower end phone so it tracks.

    Very slow, and unfortunately we can’t return due to best buy only take them back 14 days after purchase.

    I need to replace my old one because update were no more available, so my option to buy a new Samsung was really awful... slow, not responding, asking for reset... not recommended at all

    I didn’t like this Samsung Galaxy phone at all! Unwanted adds kept popping up when i tried to look email, etc up!

    I am so grateful that Best Buy's Geek Squad is there to help me set up new devices as I have to replace them. I am 78 and need that help. Natalie was very kind and helpful. I have bought a new computer and phone from them and will continue to but all my electronics at Best Buy and maintain my Geek Squad membership.
