I've only had this phone for about 10 days. So far, for the money, it is a good phone. Does everything I need it to do and does it efficiently. Files from old Samsung were easily transferred to this phone. I do have one complaint and I considerate it serious. Holding this phone is like trying to hang on to wet slippery ice. The case is so slippery, it is hard to hold onto and drops are unavoidable. Samsung could easily have slightly modified the case to avoid this. Hopefully this was not intentional to increase future sales. I have ordered a case to overcome this issue, but it has yet to arrive.

Very disappointed with the camera. Cannot tell if I received a defective product or camera is that bad. I thought return window is 30 days but it was like 2 weeks so could not return.
