I understand this is a budget phone, but the flavor/style of Android, preinstalled bloatware, and ads on 'Samsung' branded apps have made for an unpleasant experience. Now there's an argument to be made that any brand has these issues, but I have issue with Samsung's implementation of it all. Coming from a Pixel 3 I think I'll be going back to a newer phone from that lineup.

The first and only phone in my 33 years of life that has had as many problems as this one has. It overheats, freezes, and restarts from one website that I've never had problems with before. I had to send it in to Samsung to get fixed because the screen randomly gave out. Literally have never had a phone give me this much grief before. Hate this thing.
