    Still getting used to this item. Disappointed that I cannot change the notification sound for the whatsapp. Keeps going back to default setting even though I changed the sound on the default.

    My wife really likes the phone except for one feature that is missing. It did take almost 90 minutes to transfer her "stuff" to the new phone AND we were told that the phone was capable of charging wirelessly- which it is not. That was kind of a big miss

    As soon as I got to the phone section, I knew what I wanted and the salemen got the key and got me my phone. i went right to the cashier station and walked right up to a cashier and paid for it. It was all done in a short time, making me happy since it was my half hour lunch.

    Samsung /android overall has some learning curve... the camera is lacking compared to Apple. Occasionally the phone hangs up and gets buggy.
