But for a person that only uses the phone for calls, text and emails its not bad at all

This phone is full of systemic surprises that are hard to point out when I take it in for someone to check. I hate the Messenger options. One if full of ads and the other has multiple group chats for the same group. There are a lot more issues but in the end, I just need a phone that is simple to use and this is not that product.
