    It's more than 15 days. I was offered to buy this product using best buy credit card and I agreed and bought. But still ai don't have any information about the card, payment, statement, no email etc. I am afraid I miss the credit card payment because I can not track it. Eventually it will affect my credit history and credit score. Poorly managed offering of credit card.

    Fingerprint id fails. Period. No matter whose finger. Face works when it wants to. Camera likes to randomly crash. And that is just the first day.

    People can not hear me. Phone might have a microphone problem. I have to put the back side on my hear to be able to hear when talking to someone.

    Does everything a phone should. Coming from a s24 ultra as my previous phone but even so i have no complaints. Dont really notice enough of a difference to matter other than the camera.

    I am a samsung finatic. These phones are awesome and not super expensive. They offer the same qualities as the galaxy but not thousands of dollars. This phone is perfect!!!

    Big phone, lots of bloatware - NO HEADPHONE JACK

    It's a phone. An overpriced budget smartphone that gets the job done. True to Samsung, it's average in every way, though you can see it struggling to impress with pointless features that no one asked for. AND BRING BACK THE HEADPHONE JACK. Not everyone wants brain cancer from using wireless ear buds.

    Pretty good phone. I previously had an A56 and wanted to upgrade. It has frozen up on me a couple of times when I had more than one app opened. I'm not sure what the issue is but the phone went black and took forever to get it to work again. I had to take the sim card out and force a restart. I wish I'd stuck with what I had because this phone was expensive and isn't much different than what I had.
