I was offered to buy this product using best buy credit card and I agreed and bought. But still ai don't have any information about the card, payment, statement, no email etc. I am afraid I miss the credit card payment because I can not track it. Eventually it will affect my credit history and credit score. Poorly managed offering of credit card.

True to Samsung, it's average in every way, though you can see it struggling to impress with pointless features that no one asked for. AND BRING BACK THE HEADPHONE JACK. Not everyone wants brain cancer from using wireless ear buds.

It has frozen up on me a couple of times when I had more than one app opened. I'm not sure what the issue is but the phone went black and took forever to get it to work again. I had to take the sim card out and force a restart. I wish I'd stuck with what I had because this phone was expensive and isn't much different than what I had.
