    Great phone. Had issues with another store stating it was an unlocked phone but wasn't. Had a hard time with the return. My daughter recommended I come to Best Buy for this phone and I am glad I did. 100% happy with my purchase

    The experience was great. I couldn't find my phone on the floor but when I gave the model number to the associate she was able to retrieve it. We confirmed it was the phone I wanted and then she got me a 2 year scratch protection plan. I walked out with a less expensive phone than I could have got with my carrier

    Cost of the phone, may not be flag ship but it gets it done compared to similar products. Its easy as a secondary, or a back up phone incase primary is in the shop for repairs. Just happened to me.
