It is a basic phone with normal functions and you can download the apps that you wish. Great battery life and camera works great. We got a great price since it was on sale.

I have a hearing problem and the accessibility features are magical. "Live Transcribe" allows me to read currently spoken speech in real time. The staff at Best Buy were incredible and set the phones up in a short period of time. 'Best Buy' is not only the name of the company, but a statement of mission! Samsung makes phenomenal products!
