I couldn't find my phone on the floor but when I gave the model number to the associate she was able to retrieve it. We confirmed it was the phone I wanted and then she got me a 2 year scratch protection plan. I walked out with a less expensive phone than I could have got with my carrier

Overall it is great

Only thing is the battery dye.Sometimes quickly, but as long as you don't have all of your apps open, it lasts longer.
