It would have been ok if it would have worked with TING, Verizon based. Phone recognized SIM but would not activate. Otherwise it probably would have been ok.

i bought this for my daughter 2 years ago... she's still using it--it still a good phone.

the first day that I got the phone it was power off by itself I don't know if it was a damage Phone , I have to returned to best buy

Not to impressed with phone about a month old and is already starting to give me problems. slow loading does random things. camera is ok

This item was refurbished it was ok had a bit more mileage and cosmetic flaws. solid performer definetely a top 20 buy.

Problems with the camera, not as good as a s8, high priced, need to have it fixed but who has time to go without a phone ??

I was very upset after leaving the store we had travel plans. The sales person was supposed to pay for the phones with our debit card. He scanned our debit card so I thought everything had gone correctly. Yes I agreed to a Best Buy card to get a discount but the purchase was supposed to be to our debit card. That was the first disappointment. We purchased covers for our phones before traveling. When we arrived in Denver we purchased glass protection while putting on the protection my phone glass was cracked at the upper 1/3 area completely across. Because we had been traveling in poor lighting we had not noticed this crack. The phone had not been dropped or mishandled in any way. We contacted Best Buy about the payment problem and the damage and they fixed the payment but said they could do nothing about the damage even though it was under the 1 month warranty and 1 year samsung warranty. I am very disappointed in Best Buy

I needed a phone and this one serves the purpose just fine. Nothing to fancy here. Average specs.

I buy Samsung a51, never works since first day. They invent every excuse for not give you the service. Note, I ask 3 different times before buy the phone if that phone work whit my carrier and if the phone is new. They say yes always. The first day “surprise” never works. Go to the store in Corpus Christi TX they said we cannot do nothing. For a phone buy their and “new”. Thanks for nothing best buy. Bad personal in the store and still your money. Do not buy in this store and lose you money. They never lose. Even Samsung company can believe wat they say.
