||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First of all, I don't think any cell phone should get a rating higher than 4 stars because batteries are not replaceable or are expensive to do so, and many of the new phones are not even waterproof. Also, this Galaxy A51 does not have the quick response text feature that came with my old LG. You only get the Galaxy "SOS" feature if you have a locked phone with a contract such as with Verizon. Also, the standard features admittedly do not include the best virus protection, but the customer can upgrade for a fee. Otherwise, the Galaxy A51 seems to be an okay phone. I rate the phone a 3. And the wonderful sales reps at the Chesapeake-Greenbriar Best Buy, I rate a 5 plus for being extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

We got her a new case on-line and she is very happy with the new phone. We had to go to Verizon to do the data transfer. Your sales person tried to do a transfer but Verizon wouldn't let us in, even with the correct pin and password. What attracted us to the purchase was your email. You had a offer for this phone that we couldn't get thru Verizon.
