So far product has been working great. Got it on sale and it is a very good phone for the money. Great value for anybody looking for a phone on the cheap that still feels like a premium product. Not sure how they are able to sell these so cheap compared to their flagships.

The Samsung Galaxy A51 is an outstanding value for those who are looking for a great phone without the premium cost. Additionally the service at Best Buy was also far above average. This phone was an upgrade from an older Samsung unit and I highly recommend it, 5 stars.

I had a good experience buying my new Galaxy A51 - Prism Crush Black phone... sales people were attentive... it took forever to transfer from one phone to another, do not expect that was a Best Buy problem... but by dawn, almost everything had transferred...

If you're on a budget and don't want to buy the top of the line product, then this phone will probably be good for you. I have pretty big hands, but I even felt that this phone was too big and a bit bulky in my hands. I figured, something as important as a phone which I use hours and hours a day, it's worth spending a few hundred dollars to get something that feels good in your hand, and is intuitive to you. Unfortunately, the dimensions and this particular version of Android did not suit me, thus I returned it and got the S20.

I got this phone for 6.25/month for 24 months or so, a total of $150. I don't really play phone games so cant say much about that but so far I love it, it is well worth the money if you can get it during a discount.

I love this A51 but more importantly, the service technician, Chappelle, was fantastic and got all the information and files transferred from my old phone to the new one.

This phone is just one of those that you buy when you don't want to break the bank and not sacrifice performance. You want a mid range device? This is the one.

I happy with my new phone and I am not one who wanted to change my old 4 year old S7. The transfer was actually easy of my data and the learning curve on new features was good. I do recommend it.

This phone is good for most daily things. I am a basic phone user so we get along well. The only thing I have trouble with is it does not like to connect under our metal roof.

I bought this phone thinking it was for 5G, but it is not. It is for 2G,3G, 4G. It is only compatible to Verizon and has no Sim card capability.

Decent phone for the price. Only drawback is that the screen's lighting will go in and out from light to darker for no apparent reason.

Some features of this phone are okay. The camera works fine. Talking is the problem. After having the phone just a week or so, it started to have issues. It seems to cut in and out and you can’t hear anything for a few seconds. This happens almost every call no matter what location I am in. Very disappointed in the phone. Will not be keeping it.

Purchased for my 74 yr old mom as an upgrade from a flip phone. She loves it and I do to being that she lives 1800 miles away from me. We can now video call and see each other everyday.

So far so good , still am learning how to use the phone and some of the apps on it. The camera is giving me problems leaning it because it has more one which I am not use to.

100 % happy with my choice. Came with positive thought to change my son's phone and upgrade to new one. MICHAEL sales person (verizon) help us alot . Very happy and satisfied.

Absolutely love this phone. So far no problems. It's a light weight phone which I like. So glad I went with this phone. Very happy.

Good upgrade from an s7. No problems with it so far. Best Buy techs did a great job transferring everything over and making sure I knew about upgrades from my previous phone

The phone is good overall. I don't know if I have fat fingers or what, but the keyboard is not compatible with my fingers, so I am always off a bit when typing. Very aggravating. I often have to retype things. I had the same issue with my S7. I tried to change size of keyboard, but this did not help. My other complaint is with taking pictures. I will push the button, and it will "blink" as if the picture was taken, but there is no picture. Other times it works fine. Not sure what the problem is here.

This is a perfectly great phone for someone who doesn't need extensive bells and whistles. It offer fantastic capabilities without so many confusing options.

This product works great for my son. He is not a power user and just needed a smart phone that was cheap in price. Product has been reliable and functions as advertised.
