My son loves this phone, and is user friendly, but I would not suggest for adult use just due to the storage limit, but would be great for younger kids

My husband finally relented and bought a new phone. He is amazed by the difference in quality in every way. Told you so, dear!

I'm not one of those people, but I hate this phone. It took forever to get the biometrics to work, and I bet they work only 1/3 of the time. It can take several attempts to get into the phone. Facial and fingerprints often fail with the phone. If I need to use those biometrics with an app on the phone, it works 90% of the time. But the phone itself is a losing battle. Resort to using he number code. The screen shuts off no matter what you are doing. When you press the side button to turn it on it generally goes on and off in about 3 seconds, before you have a chance to type a code. If you are on a call and want to hang up, the screen shuts off while you are speaking, so when you can try 3 or 4 times to turn the screen on and have it stay on long enough to end your call. Ridiculous! Can't wait until I can move on from this piece of crap.

Only had phone for a few days but so far so good. Was delivered on time.

I bought tis Samsung A51 a week ago and I like it. The only thing is They should include an owners manual I had to DL o0ne from the internet to see how to shut it off

Sometimes because it is so long and thin it gets hard to see text. The issue I have the most is that the status bar icons on top are very small and hard to see.

Great phone for kids. Of course it isn't as nice as the high end, but it is completely functional and great for my young teen.

Grandma needed an upgrade but not into all that fancy stuff. Wanted something similar to her old phone but a lil updated and the price and size of the phone was perfect

This phone is a good contender with these mid grade phones out there. Had no problem finding accessories online for cheap.

Bought for my mother as a Christmas gift its her 1st smart phone she loves it just getting adjusted and its easier for her to use shes very happy

Does everything it is supposed to do. activation was a snap. carry over of contacts, etc was painless. Samsung has done a good job.

It seems fine so far. Battery life is ok, not great.. The display is very good. I haven’t used the camera yet. The specs are impressive though.

This is my first phone. I really like it and found it easy to work. The fellow who helped me choose the phone was a terrific help to me.

The girl that helped me knew her merchandise and took her time to explain everything. I would like to Thank her help and patience.

Customer assistance was exceptional. Took their time and got everything transferred, paperwork done and had us out the door quickly.

very nice phone case,very durable and looks good on your phone. The price could be a little cheaper maybe,but still worth the money.

got it on sale (10/mn), LOTs of storage space. holding up well for ADD teenager.

Got for my grandson. He loves it and it was easy for him to use. The price was good.

old phone stopped charging so needed a quality phone for cheap this was it 10 bucks a month for an upgrade fantastic

A great phone for parents at a great price with all the features they need. Video call and fingerprint helps a lot.
