It freezes up at least 6 times a day or restart it self. Only way to get to work is to do hard reset. I could return it I would. The phone is great when it works.

Screen went black less than 2 weeks after purchase. Took back for a refund. Had A50 and also had issues with it after only a few months. Hoped A51 might be different

Junk phone. DONT BUY. NO warranty threw best buy at 14 days. Nothing but issues.. horrible quality everything. No matter the price don't buy. Was suppose to be free. But little did I know it was free at best buy then Verizon charges u for the price.

I need to come back in and find out if there are better ways to set-up some features on the screen. It seems to be a vary limited device, or maybe it is only operator error. I will come back in and ask questions.

Terrible phone. Worst I've ever had. Difficult to use. Very slippery. Already broken. Absolute garbage. I would give it less than 1 star if I could.

Phone not working. I will not reboot again. I have to get another phone now though. Kinds sucks! Well glad to be finished.

I received excellent service and instructions when buying my new smart phone

I'm real happy with the service I received from the sales rep. and advice he gave me. Real nice guy and took his time and explained everything very well. There was a rude older woman in the store yelling at the sales rep however, he did not walk away like, most staff does to help the angry grump! So, the purchase was smooth and when I left the store I knew if, I ran into any problems BB would handle it. So, I purchased the phone because, I wanted something larger than my APPLE 5SE. This A51 blows my APPLE away as far as the screen size and the internet comes up right away! This A51 has a real nice crisp screen and a lot of technology for what I paid for it. So, I purchase the phone, protector case, screen protector and the insurance in case I drop it or, some dumb thing happens to it! So, all I need my phone for is to call family, work and for emergencies. So, another thing I noticed when I called my brother in California there was no breaking up and it was very clear. Also, to note the charging is real fast too. I would recommend looking at the Samsung A51 or, if you really want to go all out I would look at the S20 over the new APPLE 12 that is only my opinion.

The A51 is a nice upgrade to last year's A50, with a big screen and double the internal storage (128GB). It works extremely well on Verizon's LTE service with enough features for a moderate user without paying for stuff most won't utilize. Battery lasts most of the day, but seems to drain slightly faster than what a battery of that size should. The phone's 4GB of RAM is enough to do most multi-tasking items. The screen is large, brght and crisp, protected by gorilla glass, and comes with NFC and Samsung (and Google) Pay for touchless retail transactions. A great phone with a great user experience at a decent price.

It has been a great moderate priced phone. I have had it 3 years with no problems. Camera could be better.

I had a S9 and the guy asked me why I was down grading and I didnt really think of it like that. I get a much bigger screen and 5G and a lower cost and it feels like I upgraded IMO. I'm just a basic user so it's more then great to me. Highly recommend

I bought this cell phone for my daughter and so far it works great. The only problem is that all the screen protectors we put on it, keek breaking. I've never seen anything like it. I don't know if it has to do with the way the actual screen on the phone is designed, but the screen protectors do not last. I made the mistake of purchasing a screen protector at Best Buy and was very disappointed.

In short, unless it's given to you, you're overpaying. The screen cracked putting it into the case. The charging port failed within a month. It randomly restarts multiple times per day. Frequently, at least once per week, it doesn't actually restart, just turns off. The sim card randomly falls out in my pocket. It's shiny, that's the only positive thing I have to say...

Good phone for the price. Nephew loves it. Needs more.
