Bought this phone for a family member. Didn't want to spend the price of higher quality phone. Turned out to pretty a pretty good phone after all.

As of now i am happy with the products but some time apps are getting hang and feel like battery is draining little fast .

Pretty durable and I loved the back. Great phone for the price. Haven’t had any issue width set up or use so far. Would make a good phone for a teenager or older person who know some stuff about phones.

Great value for the price and i have absolutely no regrets about this purchase. I would definitely recommend. Ig gives you great quality photos and video too. You wont regret this phrchase.

Needs a user manual on the phone and good user tips when using the camera and other features!!!!!! Finger print reader not work well with screen protector, also send , done and next step hard on some apps. ect

It's a great phone for the bottom dollar. Well worth it if you are on a budget and don't have $1,000+ laying around for the S series.

Not something to be sung songs about but it's good battery life and a nice display makes up of the below-par built quality.

Awesome Phone! The item that I received was what I really expected. It was in good perfect condition and so far, it’s working fine. Best Buy’s order tracking is extremely helpful, convenient and efficient.

This phone has a lot of glitches. Have had to have the screen replaced multiple times. Screen freezes up and makes it impossible to use phone until it unfreezes. Screen totally glitches and flickers, did this for almost a month until whole screen went black. good for someone that does not use their phone often or for more than phone calls...

I love the device,model and design but it took me a little concern with uploading and using which is related to internet browsing from this device.

Just recently got this phone as a Christmas gift for my mom. Very light,big screen,perfect screen resolution! I couldn't wait till Christmas day and prevented it earlier. She loves this phone!

I had purchased a Motorola phone and had to return it because of horrible call quality and reception. I purchased this and all of my troubles went away. It does everything I need it to do.

I got this phone for my mom who had a very old phone. Its pretty basic in terms of not having the best camera or the best processor, but it works just fine for email, facebook, etc

Lags! Os is full of bloatware. Pairs nicely with the Galaxy watch. Speakers are loud. Screen is nice.

Excellent Budget phone, I really love Samsung after one year it works perfectly, but I am ready to trade in the phone. Thanks Best Buy.

Good phone. Not too heavy and does what i need for an old coot who just texts and calls. my biggest negative is paying more for my doing the work, i.e. the activation thingee. Really? Charge me and extra $50 so I can do the activation instead of BB? My second complaint has to do with most everything now a days, no directions. No user manual. No simple paper saying this button does this and swipe this way for this and that way for that....

Great phone. I would suggest to anyone. I like how extra memory can be added. Nice screen. Fast processor and no slowing of any programs. I would suggest to anyone.

I bought this phone as a gift and the person who received said it was a great phone. The camera resolution and sound quality is absolutely awesome.

Great phone. Camera quality is not great which is surprising because there's like 47 cameras on the back. Overall satisfied.

My son like the Samsung-Galaxy and thought it was a good price. He needed a phone and so far it has worked for him.
