I like this one so much that I purchased the same model for my husband. These phones are easy to set up and user friendly. Love that this model is to be supported for 6 years.

It wouldn't charge, The sim card wouldnt work or anything. I returned it and the second one i bought was perfect. Im only giving three stars because of the hassle of the first one.

The settings, notifications and sounds have been reset 5 times at the Spectrum store. Spectrum's techs have never seen this much trouble on a cell phone. Today, 4/24/26, I will get more tech help to re-fix the same problems again. This phone and my previous Samsung phone have been very disappointing. I use the phone primarily for a small business.
