Taking away one star as the activation and data transfer took a very long time and there was a problem with the sim card. A very patient sales rep finally got it to work. Was surprised these phones no longer have a headphone jack. You have to go wireless or buy an adaptor. Compared to my husband's much more expensive S23, it's a little bigger and performance seems to be comparable, so why pay another $600?

I bought the Galaxy A54 5G 128GB because I wanted an alternative to the Galaxy S22 & 23 series smart phones. I was also looking for something more economical and smart. I am very pleased by the over all performance of the A54 5G 128. I definitely recommend this phone for everyone.

I like the phone overall. Takes great pics! My only complaint is that the voice to text prediction is AWFUL. Worse than my older model. It is beyond frustrating.

I bought this updated version of my phone for my daughter...she's loving it the struggle she's had with past phones are over! Easy to use

If they would have stream lined and had more direction as you enter i wouldn’t have wasted so much time before realizing I had to sign in and wait after that. Next time I’ll just order and wait to pick it up from Verizon but I’m not coming in again it was a nightmare

So far so good. I'm st getting used to the new phone. I haven't really used many apps and can not judge the quality of the phone fairly. The Best Buy rep was very attentive and he got me the best deal I was looking for in my price range.

Great mid-range phone! If you are a Samsung fan, there is a lot to love here with a ton of Samsung skinned apps as well as the normal Google ones. The upside to this Verizon version of the A54 is that it is compatible with VZW's ultra wideband network - the fastest 5G available, where as the unlocked versions rely on mid-band and low-bands only. A downside is that some built-in anti-spam protections in the phone and text apps are disabled in favor of Verizon's own apps (which come at a cost). Screen quality is great and the battery life is pretty massive as well. No wireless charging (a trade-off for not being a flagship phone), but it charges at a moderate 25w speed with a compatible charger. But you can't beat the speeds if you are in an Ultra Wideband area - it will knock your socks off.

I've only have had it for a little while, but it is a very nice phone and its affordable
