    I bought this for someone else who just uses it for basic needs so I can't go in depth praising the features this phone offers. I took off 2 stars from my review because it tends to say "Searching for network." I know this is not an issue with the carrier (T-Mobile) because the very same sim card was used in a Moto G Power 2020. I, too, have the same carrier, the same Motorola model yet there is nothing wrong with mine. It's not until my relative switched over to a Samsung phone - particularly this one - that the issue comes up where they can only make emergency calls (no calls/texts coming in or out on any app). It's annoying as now they have to hope that their troubleshooting actually works.
