It began to go into auto reboot. Searching for videos many have this issue. Use the lower volume and power key hold until logo appears. This causes the upper one third of phone, next to the camera lens to get very hot. I call the Victoria store and am told they no longer have a Samsung technician. I get transferred to the Corp. 800 phone and am told San Marcos has a Samsung Tech. I call up San Marcos store and am told they no longer have a Samsung tech and no where near them either. It seems the Geek Squad has been downsized in services, even for a high volume sales item as the Samsung phones. I look to see if I can get a refund. No REFUND, it has a 2 weeks window. The sale person told me 45 Days! Now I am very frustrated and the mediocre support from BB. Yet the PUSH their services as a great benefit. To ALL buyers of any products from this company. Do your own due diligence. In other words before you get emotional and want the next best thing, walk over to Geek Squad and ask them what types of repair service they provide you for product. DO NOT take the word of a sales person, NEVER! NO, I will not recommend this phone nor at this point even this store. If you're having to roll the dice and take you chances shop elsewhere for your best bargain! Then decide.
