Bought this for my wife. Had intended on getting the Samsung 23 FE, but the 23 FE no longer supports her micro sd card she already had with her 20 FE she loved. Her only negative comment so far is the battery does not seem to last as long.

Very good and reliable with good memory and inexpensive.

Xmas gift for my mom that would not by her self a phone! Her ohone was so bad she had to put in freezer for it too cool off so she could even use 90% of the time also would knot keep a charge. Mom was happy and so was i!!

bought this because I needed to upgrade my 5 yr old phone to get more memory, but expecially because I need a BRIGHT screen since I use it outdoors a lot. It is great, love it.

I like the phone. I needed one bad. I hated the fact that it was locked out. The pattern i had to draw with my finger wasn't working.. I had to do a factory reset about 4 days after it was set up or i would've had given it a higher rating

I purchased the Samsung A54 for my wife in which she was hesitant to accept because she loved her Samsung A11. After showing her the difference between the two in regards to functionality shes in love with it!

This phone has too much Samsung stuff loaded and running in the background competing with Google and work apps. I like the three-camera vertical lineup better than other phones w/ more square alignment. I find this phone tedious because of all the background settings and forced asdjustments so will likely change to a Googel Pixel instead. Thanks!

I was a bit confused how it would be. However, I am more than happy to use this phone excellent service. Also, one thing the sales team of best buy is absolutely awesome.

This phone has been very reliable and I am pleased I was able to trade up for it.. bring it hard to find a hard shell case though.. Does anyone know where to get one? I've gotten three in the mail from Amazon and none of them fit..

Waa purchased as a gift to a family member in need of a new phone. I havent had a lot of feedback from him but he hasnt had issues or complaints. This was to replace his iphone mini that he had.

I have had this phone for a little over one year and still in great condition. Works fine for me.

I bought this for my daughter as her birthday gift and she loves it

Purchased as a early Christmas gift and already gave it to them. Only concern is battery life is terrible. After charging overnight and minimal use during the day, it is already down to less than 50% by noon. She has to charge it every evening.

Goodies: It is maximum width and minimum height which is possible to find newly for this money. It can use additional memory card. Display brightness. Badly FedEx box was damaged. In first month phone two times restared without asking permission .

Listen to me...My friend's dad had an old-school Nokia phone, you know the phones that can literally break concrete. You know the ones that go dun dun da da dun na da da dun dun. Anyways this was his first smartphone and it changed his life.

This is my second shot at a Samsung. I went iPhone back in 2016 after dealing with a horrible Galaxy S6 active that slowed to a crawl with barely any apps installed. Back to droid now since 2023, and man. Mistake. I have an Asus Zenfone that CRUSHES this Samsung. They managed to stay as crappy as they were many years ago. Slowed to a crawl after only 5 months of general use. Most iPhones and my Asus run fine 1.5-2+ years later. Samsung seems to have tried to "distance" themselves from Google, offering all their unique Samsung versions of things that ALREADY EXIST. Having a Samsung Android and a non Samsung Android in the same house is a serious pain. There is no usefulness to what Samsung tried to do. This phone has less customization and changeable options as I thought most droids would have. Ironically a major winning point of Androids over iPhones was minimized by Samsung. Do not recommend AT ALL. Barely acceptable for a $500 device.

It's an excellent device. It has worked very well. The cameras are amazing. I bought it as a gift for my son and he loves it!
