Daughter's phone finally died , she needed 5g anyway , bought this for her it's perfect

Works perfectly no problems have it already for ayear and still works great no freezing

I love this phone. It was just what l needed. I had heard about Samsung phones, but had never owned one.

Need more powerful battery. Then it will be good. I love samsung mobile but battery problem. And it gets hot sometimes.

I have issues with not always getting voicemails. Have to charge sometimes twice a day

I bought this phone on July 29, 2023 an within 1 months of barely being used it began not ringing when someone called and did not leave a missed call notification. After several times troubleshooting with Samsung I sent it to them under warranty. They did tests, said there's nothing wrong and sent it back. After less than a week I notice it doesn't receive text msgs so I sent it back to Samsung. This time they said they're sending it back unrepaired. I called, they said they will issue refund, 5 days later, another email stating that they will replace it with a refurbished phone. I've had the phone for 3 1/2 months, it's been at Samsung for 1 1/2 months and after paying full price for phone, I'm getting a used phone back and it will take another 9-11 days to get it back through UPS. This is the second Samsung phone I have bought in the last 3 years that was crap out of the box. Customer Service was rude and useless. I'll never buy another Samsung product again.

I like everything but the camera. It’s not terrible, just not as new-dangled as I would’ve expected for a phone camera in 2023. Good price though.
