    I like everything about this phone except battery. Battery drains within 5-6 hours of usage. This is supposed to be 5000 mah, but it works like 3500 mah.

    i just upgraded an LG phone for the first time in 10 years. i hate this phone. you can't disable or delete bloatware apps. i get ads all the time. it's harder to delete texts and emails. so many steps because there is no delete button unless you hold down on the message to make it appear. then more steps to select messages. this is a garbage phone with all the ads. i will keep this but i will NEVER buy Samsung again

    It doesn’t support out if the country telecoms and can’t be used outside US. It is compatible with US telco services.

    The operating system is buggy. Im constantly dealing with apps not working properly. Lots of issues with the Rumble app. Also i catch issues with the Spotify app. Additionally when i watch videos the phone gets really warm, almost hot. Would definitely not recommend this product. Stick to flagship. Honestly after this experience probably never buy a Samsung ever again, gonna switch to Apple.

    I AM A SENIOR THAT HAS ENOUGH PROBLEM WITH CHANGING FROM ONE ANDROID TO ANOTHER BUT ONE ASPECT THAT I FIND VERY FRUSTRATING IS SOME DELAYED RESPONSE. E.G. I SELECT SOME BUTTON AND IT APPEARS THE PHONE ITSELF DOES NOT EVEN PROCESS IT UNTIL I GIVE UP OR HIT IT REPEATEDLY. IN A RECENT EMERGENCY I STRUGGLED IN MY TOTALLY WRECKED CAR TO BE ABLE TO GET 911 FOR AMBULANCE!

    Broke at the fold after 9 months. I am so disappointed. This was my daughters Christmas/21st birthday/ college graduation present. Took me months to pay it off. My daughter absolutely LOVED her phone...and the disappointment...what a waste of hard earned money.

    Calls disconnect or become disrupted only for this phone regardless of network or wifi.. over heating .. charging decreases rapidly

    This phone will not stay connected to Bluetooth devices. I have the Galaxy Buds fe and a pair of off brand headphones. They randomly lose connection and the phone will also randomly restart after the connection is lost. I have been an avid Samsung customer since 2013 and this the worst phone I have ever had from them. I am stuck with it because I'm a few days out of the return window.

    Works fine. Not much storage. Doesn't accept card storage. Told it did prior to purchasing. Misleading. Good if you don't store a lot

    Wifi Connectivity Issues

    I've had this phone for 7 months now (March 2024) and it was working well until this past month. I've had issues every day with connecting to wifi and the error message "connected without internet". After trying several options, I've now read that a lot of individuals with this phone have had the same issue and were not provided actual solutions by Samsung customer service besides restart the phone, turn airplane mode off/on, and turn wifi off/on.

    Not worth it at all

    I have been using Samsung phones dating back to the Note 5. The phone even back then was solid, the stylus worked flawlessly, and you got everything you needed minus a case in the box. The phone, charger, and even some plug-in headphones. Today, and ever since COVID, Samsung and so many other companies are charging humongous prices for what I can only define as garbage. They have grown into a company that bamboozles the consumer. This phone for example should not have an exynos chip. It starts out nice, and within a couple of weeks it goes downhill. Lately if I walk a certain kind of way in my unit my connection to a phone call becomes spotty. Web pages dragged open. In the box you know just get the phone and an ejection tool. This phone particularly should have never had a glass back. It's actually thicker than the a53. I am sorry but even though the screen is probably the only and best part of the phone and maybe the speakers, Samsung has dramatically declined in their quality of a product. They're giving you less, a more inferior phone, and charging you outrageous prices. I cannot move in forward by another Samsung phone. It is truly unfortunate.

    Weak Battery

    The phone i recived has a really weak battery. I charged it full and left it on my dresser for one day without touching it. I came back to it and the battery was flat. The phone was off. How is a new phone unable to retain a charge for one day untouched. I did not touch it. Buy directly from Samsung, best buy is selling damaged phones.

    Have issues where phone constantly loses connection with our wi fi in the house. Never had issues with our Samsung Galaxys before. My S s22 was stolen still paying for it so had to buy a cheaper model suggesyed by sales person there. Not happy

    Wifi would just randomly decide to not work. Issue persists after doing factory data reset. Its not just a random defect. Just Googleing "Samsung Galaxy A54 Wifi" without even including the word "issues" would reveal that its a common problem with this phone. Do not buy!

    I would not recommend this phone. It looses service randomly every day and doesn't hold up to its previous models. I would rather go back to the A52 or A53 because it worked so much better.

    I Didn't like it. Very dissapointing. It had a lot of glitches and malfunctions right out of the big. Had to return it got a non Samsung phone I love that works as expected.

    Purchased this as a replacement for my s21 and i regret it. Should've just spent 300 bucks more for a s23. Signal drops randomly. People tell me they've called me even though i have not received any call from them. Texts messages come in minutes after they were sent. Wifi connection randomly drops. I lose connection in general when walking around the house or my job. It loads up simple web pages or apps very slow. Cant even stream an episode from max. I was forced to use a new sim card also and I've have so much trouble with the phone ever since
