    This phone would constantly open apps on its own and I got charged $200 for an in app purchase because of this. I got the charge reversed, but switched to a Moto RAZR! Others have said their ultra level phones do the same thing- do better Samsung

    This was a gift for my Dad for Father's day and as of recently calls will randomly not go through and he doesn't even get a missed call notification. I have to call my Mom's phone instead.

If you’re experiencing difficulty making or receiving calls from your Galaxy device, it could be due to a faulty SIM card, a situation with your account or carrier, or a device setting. Check the guide below for a solution. Before trying the recommendations, make sure your device's software and related apps are updated to the latest version. To update your mobile device's software, follow these steps: Go to Settings > Software update. Tap on Download and Install, then follow the on-screen instructions. Next, check your cell coverage and service status, and review your device settings. Device settings might be hindering your ability to make or receive calls. Check if Airplane mode is enabled or if your device is blocking calls from unknown or private numbers. Lastly, verify and inspect the SIM card.     I purchased a phone on Black Friday as a Christmas Present. The person I bought it for received two phones for Christmas. The day after Christmas I went to return the phone online and discovered that the returns ended two weeks BEFORE christmas. Why does Best Buy advertise black friday Christmas sales if I cannot return it the day after christmas. Next year I buy only from honest companies. No wonder best buy is going downhill

    Worst phone purchase I've made. Phone doesn't work to make/receive calls. Terrible signal. I get only certain text messages. Shuts down on me. Freezes often.

    We couldn't trade-in the phone for this product. For your good, don't let Bestbuy lure you to buy product in the name of trading in your old phone. They couldn't confirm our address to send the trade-in phone. Every effort to get it done proved abortive. It's a scheme, don't fall for it.

    After reviewing my purchase everyday I discovered more things that are wrong with this phone!!! NO POWER BUTTON TO TURN IT OFF & ON. Many, apps downloaded that did not help the operation of the phone!! Two week return policy is ridiculous!!!

    When I try to call people it hangs up when they try to answer. And Best Buy won't do anything. They said to deal with Samsung. I'm just stuck with a $500.00 piece of junk. Won't be shopping at Best Buy anymore. They don't stand behind the products that they sell.

    Camera sucks, photos with low lighting have random super blurred parts such as faces that ruin the photo.

    It is horrible. Adds keep popping up and lagging when I most need it. Photos are blurry and signal is horrific. I just wanted a simple easy going device and I got stuck with this garbage.

    First Samsung/Android phone

    I have this phone as my secondary phone. My main phone is the 15 PM. But this is a good budget phone. The screen looks good and has 120hz, the battery is great and lasts a while. I got visible (Verizon) on this phone and gets good signal strength. The modem seems to be good. And accessories are cheap which you can find on amazon. I can recommend if you want a good android experience and dont want to finance or pay for the flagships. Only things that probably i have noticed that make me realize the difference between a budget phone and flagship from Samsung/Apple is the performance and camera. The performance is not the best. Sometimes there can be stutters. It isnt serious lag but stutters usually when i use amex app. Finger print sensor works 75% of the time and face recognition honestly works 25% of the time. That needs to be improved considerably. Being my first Andriod updates take a while. Lots of apps from samsung and google installed during setting up which is annoying. Camera on this phone is whatever as i did not expect much from it. But this doesnt ruin it being a good phone. You get what you pay for and if you want those features then buy a more expensive phone.
