So far so good. Takes a bit to get use to a new phone as the layout is usually a bit different. My old phone was getting very dated, plus it decided to do a factory reset on its own, so time for a new one.

Was told that this phone would work with BoostMobile. Well it didn't. We had to change my sons plan to another discount service. Everything is okay now but was a pain to get it straightened out!

While I have owned (and still do) several Samsung tablets and cell phones I also have and keep my Apple iPhones. My only criticism is the transferring of messages ,contacts and voicemail is not efficient and is best done manually.

Purchased this phone because of its good spec's. I have everything I wanted based on what it can offer. The only downside is that wish it could be water proof for a $ 500+ phone range Samsung offers.

I think the picture quality should be better. It takes good pictures , someone they are not so good , but them again not an iPhone. I prefer Samsung ,but iPhone pics are like no other

Cynthia and Jennifer were outstanding! They worked tirelessly for well over an hour trying to retrieve info off of my old phone. It wouldn't hold a charge and couldn't be done but they tried everything!

Loud speaker! The speaker has high quality and gets pretty loud. I love that I can cast to my tv and my screen goes dark on its own to save power. It is very quick at its tasks and battery is good.

Excellent phone for the price. There are similar phones out there same price and specs. Did my research before buying and found this phone as good as i needed and i don't regret it.

The phone cuts out and drops calls. Its hard to have a conversation with it cutting out and no one can hear you clearly. I checked the reviews and this is a common occurrence. I purchased the Best Buy insurance and it does not cover this. Don't buy this phone!

It is very reasonable especially when you combine with Sprint. I like the big size screen at the same time with light weight. Processor is very fast and other functions are very impressive.

Bought this at open box - excellent condition from the website. It is as good as a new phone. Works perfectly and great to use. no complain so far and have been using it for about 2 months

Good phone but it didn't work with my prepaid cell phone service called Visible Wireless so I ended up returning it.

Awesome phone and great price. I have never had a problem with this phone as of yet.

Only had phone for 2 days, but I noticed the battery was draining super fast, especially on standby. I both restarted and reset the phone but the issue persisted. Maybe I had a lemon, but for me it was enough to return the phone. I was also a little frustrated the phone was stuck on the May security patch ... for a new phone in August, and for Samsung, that's unacceptable. I suppose they only support their Galaxy S and Note phones each month. Shame. Also, I live in a major metro area, where 5G is live, and on T-Mobile my LTE speeds were faster than the the 5G capabilities on this phone...just goes to show you don't need to get a 5G phone just yet depending on where you are. If that's on your mind, think twice and consider where you live and what technology you have.

The only problem I have with the phone is sometimes it takes a couple of taps to get it to answer a call or open an app. Everything else works great.

Best phone with 4G and 5G access. All it takes is a 4G or 5G Sim so I am built for the future at a lower rate plus the processor is phenomenal.

Fine phone so 4 stars. THIS PHONE DOES NOT WORK WITH CRICKETS 5G NETWORK DESPITE SHOWING UP WHEN LOOKING FOR CRICKET PHONES!!!

Quality phone at a reasonable price. A bit slow at times but overall a good phone.
