Tried with different devices and it would disconnect and connect no matter what it was connected to. My entire family owns Samsung devices ranging from the a31 a50 a51 and this is the only phone I have had to return multiple times. The second a71 had the same issue and to add insult to injury it froze when I took it in and the geek squad people told me it was defective as it was permanently stuck and they could not get it to respond to anything. I am on my third a71 now and it started doing the same thing with the Bluetooth. If you Google a71 Bluetooth problems you will see this is a widespread issue that can't be fixed no matter what they tell you at Samsung. Most solutions like turning on and off the Bluetooth, clearing cache, going into safe mode, etc etc are only temporary and the problem will spring back up after a few hours or so...If they even work. Just skip this one and get the a51 5g. Those don't have problems. If you already bought one don't bother yourself and send it back. Don't live with this problem with thinking its your fault. Would love to know what's the cause that seems to plague them.
