Samsung stinks! They will not honor their warranty for this phone. I turned it in for the power going out on me when I used the internet or camera applications. At the certified Service Center, they changed out two parts and mailed it back to me as completely fixed. Then, it was doing the same exact thing just a few weeks after I received it. So I mailed it back and then they stated I had water damage. Which is completely absurd considering that it has never had water spilled on it and it has remained inside my home. They ever mentioned the supposed "Water damage" the first time they "Repaired" it!! They just do not want to honor their warranty! because they should give me a replacement phone since I received a lemon or at least give me my money back!

I just recived my cell phone but I received the wrong cable charger. How that happen.

7th phone this year I've bought bc I have no control or responsibility for my actions.

I returned this product because I wanted a bigger memory, but works just fine.

Did not like it, it was not the right one for me. .

screen fails constantly Since the phone is up to date I started to notice that it was failing, I thought it was the screen protector, I removed it and saw that it was not the screen protector and it is constantly failing at times and I don't like that.

Phone was okay but sent it back no wireless charging

Awesome battery and display but the camera is not very good.

I don't like some of the features that this phone has.

Total rip off. The phone app wasn't working to even answer the phone and I had to put on another app to be able to answer the phone.

Issues from the outset. Flimsy build. Screen looked nice, but ended up being a paperweight, and returned it pursuant to advice from Samsun. Found out later build quality an issue. Replaced it with a 4a5G for similar cost.

Problem whit SMS ,hard to send SMS i reset the phone so many times still the same

This phone i had to rewritten it bc i bought one brand new and it was damaged under the manufacturer warranty

Had the phone for less than a year and it intermittently fails to turn on. Samsung service is a bad joke. How many time to I have to tell them it won't turn on before they will stop asking me to check things that require the phone to be turned on? No more Samsung products for me.

good phone . but sound quality very poor ! if you don't care about sound . nice phone

Lags, lags, lags!!! Whenever opening websites or apps! And don't get me started on the wifi!!! Never "turns on wifi automatically" to the saved wifi networks. I have to turn wifi off, then on, and then on again. I have to wait between the off and on. Sometimes, I have to restart the phone. Worst Samsung phone that I've ever owned.

Well you get whst you pay for. I returned this phone a week after use

After many months of trying to determine why I was not getting 5g service, Samsung finally confirmed that the a71 5g phone was not compatible with the Verizon Network. It should have never been sold to me as a 5g phone.

I bought this item as an open box. I actually wanted a Note phone. The picture quality is not as good as with the Note plus I like the stylus that comes with the Note. Sometimes the keys dont work like they should. Takes forever to turn on

My grandson broke his phone and went in immediately and replaced it. He had a protection plan that did not replace it in the store and had to be sent out and would be at least 6 weeks. This is not what the seller told us when he bought it. So now he has a new phone which he does like.
