Never got the activating rebate also just spent over an hour on hold with tech support about it, they strait ghosted me

Bought this phone at the end of October for $599 and now it's $200 dollars less. :(

Love this phone, camera is amazing - 64 MP rear and 32 MP front. Screen size and brightness is great. Samsung finds its sweet spot and at right price. 5g speed is amazing.

This has been a great phone. Have not had any problems with it. We used it on verizon.

This phone has excellent sound quality, picture quality, and also has loads of memory for my apps and photos, and the camera is the best.

The features promised do not work on this phone. The sensors for the biometrics are extremely flawed. The fingerprint option does not work. There are videos on YouTube that explain how you might be able to circumvent the problems, but it's just a temporary fix and after working once or twice, it goes back to not working. The face recognition also does not work 90% of the time. As for the talk to text feature, which I need because I do find it hard to type, it either does not work or it will actually duplicate sentences in paragraphs multiple times. Sometimes their only duplicated once and the most ever counted was 5 times. I am very disappointed in this product. I've turned to Samsung to provide quality products and this definitely does not meet up to the normal standards. I am stuck with it for a year before I can upgrade. When I do, it may not be Samsung anymore even though I've been very brand loyal. The functions on this phone, except for the quality of the pictures, is about the same as the 1st smartphone that I bought about 10 years ago. I truly cannot understand all of the high reviews that this phone has received. I traded in my S9 for this, and I would do anything to get that phone back but they cannot send it back.

Phone itself works great. Camera on the otherhand.. fails more than half the time whenn trying to use it

Bought phone because my pixel 2XL died. Went in to purchase a phone and decided on the A71 5G. Specifically told salesman wanted 5G capability. He pulled up my verizon account and asked if I wanted it as monthly installments. I told him I would pay cash. Was told oh well then let's just get you an unlocked. Bought phone activated traveled to Memphis where they have 5g phone wouldn't work. Had to take out of global mode and put in LTE mode to get to work. Called Verizon said it was due to it not being the 5G UW and will never work on Verizon 5G. Very disappointed as I specifically told salesman I wanted 5G.

Disappointing since when I did a search on best buy website I put "cricket" as a condition. When it arrived found out it was not compatible, check cricket website & they verified it was not also. I blame Best Buy, they need to fix the system so that this phone does not show up when I put "cricket" compatible as a condition.

I regret the day I bought this phone. Lags, freezes, bad calibration, not user friendly. I've owned bad phones but this phone is by far the worst I've seen. Save your money and buy anything else. Can't return it, can't use it. Only get 1 star because zero isn't a choice
