Great Phone. It is fast and I am able to use the phone for whatever tasks I have.

I've been an Asus customer for years, but needed a 5G phone and the price for this A71 was the clincher. Been trouble free so far. Upgraded to Android 11 right after setup. Is running One UI version 3.1 and it is fast. Currently is connected via LTE. No 5G in my town, yet.

LOVE THIS PHONE , it was my primary phone but i dropped it and my screen cracked so I got another phone & use it as my primary and this phone as my 2nd line and my kids use it all the time. Awesome phone no issues at all!!

I got my phone in 2020 and it hasnt recieved an update since! Im upgrading ASAP. This phone lasted me some time, however it doesn install certain apps and is really glitchy

I love this phone. I switched from Apple and have no regrets. The price is amazing for a 5G phone. The battery life lasts me 2 days or i have roughly 40-50% at the end of the day on a heavy use day. The cameras are way better than the top of the line apple phone as well.

Bought this for my son who attends school in the mountainous part of our state. We use Total Wireless and he has great service there and when he travels playing rugby in nearby states. He loves the phone and the features. Social networking and music playback through his car radio are his primary uses. It has been a sturdy phone and has tons of memory for photos taken on hikes and treks. Battery life is very good which allows him to be on the trail and feel safe for a long period of time. BTW, the camera on this phone produces travel magazine quality shots. His hikes result in some fantastic pics on the AT and other trails in his area. Samsung products have been great for him and we recently bought a refurbished S9 to replace the landline at home.

My brother needed a new phone badly and this one was a great pick - I’m a loyal customer to samsung and this is one of their middle tier phones- it’s screen is very durable — the only phone my brother didn’t crack was bought in 2020 - still using it now!!

Initially I went to buy the new Samsung Galaxy S-20, however after explaining to the geek Squad Samsung Galaxy representative Jasmine just what I would be using my phone for on a daily basis; she showed me an alternative to purchasing a bunch of bills and whistles I would not need; namely, the Samsung Galaxy A-71 5G with 128 GB phone, also made by Samsung. I really appreciate how the Best Buy associates go above the call of duty to help out their customers to tailor their purchases according to their needs and not just sales and profit. Well done Best Buy!

Pretty decent phone especially for the money. Was looking for a powerful smartphone and this definitely delivers in All the right places. Camera quality, screen size/ resolution, Qualcomm processor which compete with s20

Very nice light weight, super fast charging and battery life goes all day longand it is 5g and it runs on all gsm network even globally.

Upgrading from a Samsung Galaxy S8. I am now 3 days in and have no regrets. I anticipated some small issues and that's all I've had. Great camera great battery.

Love this phone, lots of storage for many apps and easy to use. Learning new things about it all the time. Just love it. I would recommend this phone in a heartbeat.

A great upgrade from my Motorola. Very happy with this Samsung phone so far and the camera works great! Not too expensive either!

Before I had this phone, I owned a Galaxy S7. When I was looking to upgrade, I saw a lot of the mainline phones with missing features like the headphone jack and no expandable storage options. This phone has all the advantages of the S20 but with some of the excess taken out. While I would've like to have a 120hz refresh rate, the fact it was WAY cheaper than the mainline phones makes this a good buy.

Purchased this cell phone for my sister you lives in Mexico. She absolutely loves it. She loves the quality of the pictures. At the time I purchased the phone it was somewhat expensive. However, the sales associate provided me a great tip to check the website for any sales for the same item. Once I saw the same phone on sale, Best Buy gave me a price adjustment of $160.

Excellent, quality 5G phone by Samsung. I highly recommend it and the features, build quality, screen quality, and speed of the 5G are just outstanding!
