This is the best phone that I have ever owned, no problems at all since buying it in September. Bought it unlocked and decided to go with T-Mobile after being with Verizon 20 years plus. Best decision that I ever made about a phone carrier. I would highly recommend this phone and T-Mobile.

Can't tell you much but it is a new phone and I needed one. Might trade up for The S21 Ultra for a better camera. I like that it has a headphone jack because I use that for audio troubleshooting. Bring back the 3.5mm jack Samsung please and thank you!

I purchased this phone on-sale for $450 and absolutely love it. Great features and pairs with my galaxy watch. The battery lasts for about a day depending on usage. I would recommend this to my friends. Finding a case for this phone was a little more difficult. Order online if you can.

The phone is easy to use except text message. If you are on a group text with more than 10 people, you CAN'T reply. You can still read all of the texts. It was between this and the Google Pixel 4a and I wonder if I would have been happier with the Pixel.

Good upgrade from my previoua phone. The only real issue i have is that there is no indicator light so you either need to keep the screen on or check it constantly. Thats a feature missing on many new phones though.

Overall a great phone the only thing I didn't like about it, it doesn't have wifi calling capabilities other then that if you are wanting a Samsung and you are not wanting to purchase an expensive model this is the phone for you.

I love this phone but was told this item was no longer available?? I only had it one year so any need accessories are not going to be available. Disappointing.

I purchased this phone for my friend to replace a J7 phone. My friend told me she is enjoying this phone but she still do not know how to work all the features. She looks at videos on the phone and the picture is clear. My friend is in her late 60s'

Have had Samsung phones for years now and I've always liked them. They are durable and the A71 is as good a phone as Samsung has ever put out.

This phone is great. Big screen, lots of cool setting and has no lag what do ever.

A month after buying it the screen stopped working. Sent it to Samsung for an in warranty repair. Hope they will solve the issue.
