Good, but could be better

The volume doesn't get loud enough to hear over the mower, just barely over the vacuum. Also, I've tried the different ear plugs with no success. The left one continues to fall out.

We would love nothing more than to help you troubleshot your device to ensure you have the best experience possible and love your device. With regards to the volume, if you are still hearing the vacuum cleaner or mower with your device, our first recommendation would be to ensure you have the active noise cancelation feature enabled rather than the ambient noise feature. You can easily change the sound profile with a tap and hold on the bud while connected to your device.
