These have generally been highly reviewed, both in aggregate on best buy and amazon, as well as on 3rd part reviewers like rtings. Mine have had constant BT microphone drop outs, This was my primary reason of purchase. These have left my down, speaking into the aether on confrence calls. I've since found out that if i simply switch my call from bt to speaker and back to bt the microphone is restored. I also get notable audio distortion in any complex music that has remotely heavy bass. I'm using no equalizer and using tidal HIFI on a s23 ultra. I've factory reset the phone, since these were so highly reviewed i thought i must have hardware issue. I've since confirmed this issue happens when using my wifes note 20 as the source as well. I've been trying to warranty them, but samsung keeps denying my claim, stating my best buy receipt in pdf format is not enough evidence of purchase. Looks like these will end up being e-waste, sadly.

Great for music not for phone calls

Don't bother making any phone calls with these. No one can understand a word you're saying. At least they fit good. Will be returning them.

If you want galaxy buds, go with the normal or pro. The FE products aren't really worth the lower price and lower build quality

The sound & audio was good but to take a call/talk, you had to be right next to your phone for these buds to work good. They are not the worst if you just want to listen to music. However, if you are used to high quality earbuds... being able to put your phone down & walk away w/o interrupting your connection... These earbuds are not for you! I returned these & purchased the Samsung Galaxy Bud 3 Pros. They were much better for my liking.

But after 2 months of ownership the sounds quality is complete trash. There is a noticable rasp when people are speaking/singing. It sounds like blown out car speakers..... very dissapointed in this product.
