One of the ear pieces stopped charging after about a week, so build quality may be questionable. When they were worki g they sounded great and paired with my phone flawless.

We appreciate your candor as we make every effort to improve the design and functionality of our product line. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. While all of Samsung's earbuds are built to last the entire day, the buds' battery life and charging times may differ depending on the model you have and how you use them. The Galaxy Buds FE provide up to 7 hours of play time per charge, which can be extended to up to 26 hours with a fully charged case. If one or both of your Galaxy earbuds are not charging or turning on, the issue may be with the earbuds themselves or the charging case. Using a charger that isn't approved by Samsung may cause charging malfunctions; it's also possible that the earbuds may be damaged. You can try fully charging the case, checking the earbuds for damage, or restarting the earbuds. Please take a moment to review, "Samsung earbuds do not turn on or charge" to help resolve what you ma be experiencing with your device. Amazing ear buds

I usually use my sony x4s and hate using them to workout and talk on the phone. The sound quality and noise cancelation is great and satisfies my every need. I dont have to deal with my ears sweating or hair getting messed up and they come with different sizes to get the perfect in ear fit
