Unfortunately they kept falling off and were not a good fit for me despite the different sizes. If they would have stayed on, I wouldve given this 5 stars no question.

If you find the fit for your Buds FE isn't quite perfect, try switching out the earbud tips or wingtips. 1. Ensure you've attached the earbud tips and wingtips before use. 2. Insert the earbuds with the wingtip facing upwards until comfortable. 3. Rotate the earbuds for a perfect fit, and if necessary, try different sizes for optimal comfort and sound quality. Check out, "How to wear your Samsung earbuds" if you would like more information regarding fit. Feel free to contact Support afterward if you would like any further assistance. Samsung doesnt disappoint

The settings work for whatever you need them for (the app is very easy to use). Samsung also made it where you can replace one earbud incase you accidently wash yours, like I did! Calls come in crisp and clear!

They are easy to place in the ear canal and they are comfortable. The charging time is minimal, perhaps 15 to 20 minutes to charge. These earbuds are great.

We appreciate your thoughts as we strive to improve the functionality and performance of our product line. If your Galaxy Buds FE aren't charging properly, please clean the charging contacts on the earbuds and also in the case. Then, ensure the wingtips are correctly attached to the correct earbud and verify the earbuds are properly seated in the case. You can also try using a different, Samsung approved charging cable and/or wall adapter. Last, you can reset the earbuds by placing them in the case and holding the touch areas for five seconds. However to use it while you're on a call they're not the best since the person you talk to is distant and you end up not using them.

Before these, I had the Galaxy Pro Buds 2, but they were so uncomfortable. The Galaxy Buds FE don't have wireless charging, but the comfortable fit in my ears more than makes up for that.

Need constant care to ensure that wax doesnt build up over the "speaker". You have to clean on and under the rubber cover. The case doesnt hold a charge as long as an AirPod case would. The mics tend to get muffled and distorted when on the phone pretty frequently. This is a budget pair of earbuds so if youre looking for longevity and performance maybe purchase a more expensive pair or try a different brand.

However this recommendation was spot on for me. First test was the airplane trip from ABQ to Orlando and they worked fine.
