Very easy to use, can customize on the app more stuff with it. Samsung always got their hidden features, so looking up videos of it helps you with what it can do.

Unfortunately they kept falling off and were not a good fit for me despite the different sizes. If they would have stayed on, I wouldve given this 5 stars no question.

If you find the fit for your Buds FE isn't quite perfect, try switching out the earbud tips or wingtips. 1. Ensure you've attached the earbud tips and wingtips before use. 2. Insert the earbuds with the wingtip facing upwards until comfortable. 3. Rotate the earbuds for a perfect fit, and if necessary, try different sizes for optimal comfort and sound quality. Check out, "How to wear your Samsung earbuds" if you would like more information regarding fit. Feel free to contact Support afterward if you would like any further assistance. Add the missing features such as wireless charging and speak to chat and get rid of the other models
