Poor phone call sound quality

The caller also could hear my background more than they could hear me. I returned them to the store.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. When the Active Noise Canceling feature is turned on, it will block out noise in the nearby area, so you can be fully immersed in your music. If you ever need to be aware of your surroundings, simply turn off Active noise canceling. ANC will only work when both earbuds are inserted in your ears.
