If your Galaxy Buds have no or low volume and poor sound quality on one or both buds, there may be a couple reasons why. You might be wearing the earbuds incorrectly, or the buds could have accumulated dust or debris. Additionally, the audio quality could be affected by outdated software, a low battery, and several other things. To wear your Galaxy Buds FE correctly, identify the L and R marks on the earbuds and place them in the correct ear, then gently twist them until they sit snugly in your ear. Angle the bud so the microphone is pointed toward your mouth, and adjust the ear tip or wing tip size if the fit isn't comfortable for a secure seal.
