Please place your Galaxy Buds FE earbuds in your ears correctly for a comfortable fit. 1. Check the direction of each earbud and insert them into your ears by holding them so that you see the imprinted direction marks. 2. Rotate the earbuds until they fit comfortably in your ears. The touch sensor will detect that you are wearing the earbuds and emit a sound. Hope that helps! Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. To sync your Galaxy Buds, all you need to do is place both earbuds into your ears. In the event that the earbuds are not synced properly, the earbud battery indicator light will flash red. This could mean that one earbud won't connect or work properly, and they need to be re-synced.
