Semi better than my OnePlus ear buds almost similar replacement! Sometimes functionality is to question, but tap to function can be questionable! LOL!!!!!!!!

The volume doesn't get loud enough to hear over the mower, just barely over the vacuum. Also, I've tried the different ear plugs with no success. The left one continues to fall out.

With regards to the volume, if you are still hearing the vacuum cleaner or mower with your device, our first recommendation would be to ensure you have the active noise cancelation feature enabled rather than the ambient noise feature. You can easily change the sound profile with a tap and hold on the bud while connected to your device.
