    I think these should be of better quality. Either the sound is low or the other person can't hear you.

    They're alright for the price. They keep falling out of my ears when doing calisthenics. And they start to hurt street a while.

    I was really surprised in Samsung.. I have always bought their products. These ear buds where not good at all. I sound far away to everyone that called and I had to turn the spund up loud to really hear

Please clean the microphone hole, speaker, and air duct regularly to prevent debris from accumulating. Use a clean, dry, soft brush, or cotton swab to remove earwax or other debris. Check the direction of each earbud and insert them into your ears by holding them so that you see the imprinted direction marks. 2. Rotate the earbuds until they fit comfortably in your ears. The touch sensor will detect that you are wearing the earbuds and emit a sound.     These buds sound great but if you're using an iphone everyone you call will hate you. Anytime I make a call it's either "you sound like you're breaking up", "you're cutting in and out", or "sounds like you're under water" Music sounds great for the $$ but will intermittently cut out like you're out of range of your phone which isn't too much a problem.
