Please clean the microphone hole, speaker, and air duct regularly to prevent debris from accumulating. Use a clean, dry, soft brush, or cotton swab to remove earwax or other debris.     Both of them sounded like i was underwater. Wouldnt recommend. Get the older Buds Plus

    Not a good quality. People cant hear me. The static noise is the worse. I can't use it when people call. Just use for music or my audiobooks but the battery doesn't last more than 1 hour.

    I must’ve got some defected ones because they do not stay connected to my phone at all. I absolutely hate them. Best Buy will not return them for me because it’s 15 days return policy so now I’m stuck with them and they don’t even work.

    The earbuds go in and out during a call, and the person on the other line says that it sounds as if im very far away. When i switch to my airpod pros there is no issue.

    I bought these recently i didn't use it until about a month after i bought it just to find out one side of the earbud isn't working and sound quality isn't that great

    Ivw had these for a couple months now. Great sound, easy connection. Charges fast and lasts a long time, also fits comfortably and there are different ways to wear them for different ears.

    I have not had these earbuds a month and they have poor sound quality. Everyone I speak to state I sound far away from my phone.

    The battery did not hold charge. It went dead within an hour of being charged. The sound quality was not there and did not block out noises. Overall, it was not a good product.

Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects. While all of Samsung's earbuds are designed for all-day use, the battery life and charging times may vary depending on the model and usage. Galaxy Buds FE offers up to 7 hours of playtime per charge, which can be extended to up to 26 hours with a fully charged case. As far as the sound quality, we would like you to check the sound settings on your phone. On the connected phone, open Settings and check if you have any sound settings enabled, such as sound personalization or Dolby Atmos. These settings could affect your music's sound quality.     Since i get those device shows and a errors on the use they dont pair and i just unistal becouse never been chargin when i pit to charge always one earphone be low battery

    These are great earbuds for the price. Didn't want to spend the money on the Galaxy Buds3 Pro so decided on these instead. I have no complaints and saved money. I won't will so bad if I loose these. Audio quality is great and connectivity is very easy. Long battery life.

    The noise cancellation feature does not work like other models , you can literally hear every noise around the person who is using them.
