    Left earbud speakers died in 18 days

    Great sound, but the left earbud died in less than 3 weeks, which is pretty ridiculous. If you want galaxy buds, go with the normal or pro. The FE products aren't really worth the lower price and lower build quality

    Not my favorite!

    Very good price but very low quality. The sound & audio was good but to take a call/talk, you had to be right next to your phone for these buds to work good. They are not the worst if you just want to listen to music. However, if you are used to high quality earbuds... being able to put your phone down & walk away w/o interrupting your connection... These earbuds are not for you! I returned these & purchased the Samsung Galaxy Bud 3 Pros. They were much better for my liking.

    Would not buy again.

    Upon first purchase I was very impressed with the sounds quality of these earbuds. But after 2 months of ownership the sounds quality is complete trash. There is a noticable rasp when people are speaking/singing. It sounds like blown out car speakers..... very dissapointed in this product.

    I didn’t get to test the earphones - Delivery Fail

    My rating is based on the poor delivery service by the roadie contractor. I placed a same day delivery order and paid $9.99 for delivery and he refused to locate the apartment and leave at the door. He did not pick up when the recipient tried to call to locate him and just marked my order as undeliverable in spite of my pleas. Best Buy could not give me a more suitable option than to refund my money and have me place a new order, which was not a viable option in this case. I think their 3rd party contractors need to be instructed on better customer service.

    Fool me once...

    Ok so I guess I should have known better. I gave up on a pair of buds2 last year after one ear bud stopped working under warranty. Sent them in for repair and within a few months post-fix, the same bud stopped working. Why did i buy the Fe then?? Toxic positivity? Perhaps. I've had these 2 months now, and the right earbud only recharges occasionally. Dont be like me - buy a JBL instead

    Had them for about a month & every so often I'd hear faint static but just recently it's been doing this weird sonar sound and just randomly it made a high pitch noise. Not trusting them after that, bought them on sale but much rather spend more on better quality buds than this.

    Worst service.

    Order this earphones on the app and mot even 5 minutes after i place my order i decided to change my pickup location. Tried changing it online ans wouldn't let me and yhe online support was useless. Now i have to wait 7 days to receive a product that i could just go out to the store and buy in the next 10 minutes.
