They are ok but the best

But the active noise cancelltion is not the best. I have had nuermous calls while driving (I do not use the bluetooth speaker when in the company of others) the reciever could not hear me. I will be returning asap. They are comfortable and do not slip but the active noise cancellation is not great.

The earbuds themselves are wonderful and fit just like the previous version... but... unlike the previous version they DO NOT connect to ALL devices. I have apple products and this version would not connect to any of them unlike the previous version.

We value your feedback as it allows us the opportunity to improve the functionality and design of our products. The Buds FE can connect to Bluetooth devices for streaming music or making calls. You'll get the best experience when using the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone or tablet because you'll have full control over your music. Some features won't appear in the app unless you've already connected the earbuds at least once. If you would like to learn more, feel free to check out "How to connect your Galaxy Buds." If your phone cannot connect to your Galaxy Bud earbuds, getting them to connect again will only take a couple of steps. Performing a restart on the earbuds, resetting the Bluetooth connection, or updating the Galaxy Wearable app will normally fix the issue. Also check out, "Connection issues with Samsung earbuds" to help resolve what you have described to be experiencing with your Buds FE. Even though I asked the guy behind the counter for the all black Pros. I was a little upset because it was 4 hours till my flight and I needed some headphones before I left the country. Didn't realize he gave me the wrong ones until I made it to the airport and short the headphones are good but their service and their workers are just people trying to collect the paycheck
