    They perform ok I guess. Unfortunately I can't turn the volume up all the way on my phone or else I get some distorted noises and recently I have been getting some feedback in my left ear. Between these issues and them not staying in my ears I do plan on replacing asap.

    Not tested properly sound quality is horrible. Have to ask the person on the other end to repeat themselves 4 or more times just to understand what they said

    Needed to return the earbuds because they didnt fit my ears and fell out. Because they were a special price and bundled with the phone I bought on sale, I was told that the price of the phone would be $150 MORE if I returned the earbuds! Unbelievable considering the earbuds and protection plan were a separate charge on my account. And now I'm forced to keep something I can't use for fear of losing them.

    Waste of Money

    They do not stay connected to my phone. The left earbud lost volume within a couple of weeks. Now it makes an incredibly loud high pitch squealing sound when I put it in my ear. So basically they are worthless already.

    This is my second pair of samsung buds and my last. My first pair lasted only about a year when right side went out with no sound. I clean my earbuds regularly, dont drop them, charge them correctly and take care of them. This set also went out on the right side but only after 6 months of usage. Keeps saying bad fit so i change rubber inserts to no avail. Very unhappy with this product.

    Do not buy. I purchase 3 sets, one for myself and the others gave as gifts. All 3 sets the left earphone stopped charging in less than 6 months. Absolutely a total waste of money :(

    Just needed a cheap set of earbuds for work, these seemed promising as far as sound quality went, but on day 2, the clear hearing feature started to glitch and never fixed itself, sounded like air was being pushed into my ear, it was uncomfortable.

    Was a perfic fit and light weight however the overall performance did not meet expectations. Poor call quality and this was after an exchange. Both headphones presented with the same issues- i could hear people but the could not hear me despite troubleshooting.

    The worst samsung product ever. I only need the for receiving and calling nothing else but it is impossible to answer the phone. You tap twice like 10 times and no answer abd then they tell you you missed a call. I had to get another products from ross just so i can receive calls garbage products
