I have baught 3 pairs so far!

Good pair of ear buds

One of the ear pieces stopped charging after about a week, so build quality may be questionable. When they were worki g they sounded great and paired with my phone flawless.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. While all of Samsung's earbuds are built to last the entire day, the buds' battery life and charging times may differ depending on the model you have and how you use them. The Galaxy Buds FE provide up to 7 hours of play time per charge, which can be extended to up to 26 hours with a fully charged case. If one or both of your Galaxy earbuds are not charging or turning on, the issue may be with the earbuds themselves or the charging case. Using a charger that isn't approved by Samsung may cause charging malfunctions; it's also possible that the earbuds may be damaged. You can try fully charging the case, checking the earbuds for damage, or restarting the earbuds. Please take a moment to review, "Samsung earbuds do not turn on or charge" to help resolve what you ma be experiencing with your device. I had Jabra Elite 7s and 75t active earbuds in the past. For the price I paid, I'm good with the sound quality. The hear through/ambient sound is okay, but not to elite 7 level to me. The sound quality of a phone call is terrible according to the people I talked to, thus phone calls are at a minimum for me (Samsung S20 FE). With these, I can connect to laptop and phone just by clicking on the device. I would have to disconnect/reboot or pair the earbuds again in order to connect to my laptop (MacBook) and iPad.
