The experience that I had buying the product was amazing, the staff was very nice and polite, she suggested buying these as well with a phone for mothers day gift.

If your Galaxy Buds FE aren't charging properly, please clean the charging contacts on the earbuds and also in the case. Then, ensure the wingtips are correctly attached to the correct earbud and verify the earbuds are properly seated in the case. You can also try using a different, Samsung approved charging cable and/or wall adapter. Last, you can reset the earbuds by placing them in the case and holding the touch areas for five seconds. I bought them to replace my broken high end Sony buds and though they do not have the same sound quality the comfort makes up for it for calls and podcasts. App EQ adjustability is the only lacking part in my opinion

Little ear buds big sound!

For the price , I am very impressed. I couldn’t find earbuds that stay in my ear and these work just fine. Battery life is as expected. I like the tap feature to turn music on and off.
