Volume quality dropped so I need to max it out in order to hear anything. I'm not sure why I keep buying Samsung when their earbuds never give a good experience.

Earbuds at the right price

With the black Friday discount of only $50 when you purchased a Samsung galaxy 23 fe, I bought these. They have winged tips, like the original galaxy buds. The performance is amazing as well.

I can't hear much around me when i have it in my ears, and I only use one ear bud at a time, 2. It sometimes disrupted my calls or music. (sounds like robot).

Disappointing durability, failed after 1.5 years

Unfortunately, she barely used them, and after about 1.5 years the left earbud stopped working completely. The case shows a flickering red light, indicating a charging or hardware issue. I’ve tried cleaning, resetting, and reconnecting, but nothing fixed it. The sound and comfort were good while it worked, but I expected much better durability, especially with such light use.

It also looses the ability to block the sound around , it drops connection often. It's great, when it works correctly. A bit bulky for an earbud.
